About Us

Our Story

We offer an effective therapy model, where we deliver in home and at school therapy services.

In School: As therapy becomes more valued and accepted, many schools in Singapore have begun to include therapists in their support teams. There are many benefits to having these kind of services within a school for both the children, teachers and parents. Advantages to this approach include improved carry over of skills the child has learned, providing relevant strategies and tools to aid teachers and learning support staff, and contributing to a holistic approach to the development of the children we all support as a team. In addition, in school therapy is very convenient for busy parents, who no longer have to take their child to therapy after school or on weekends.

At home: In-home therapy has become incredibly popular, as an easy way to include parents and caregivers in the support process. As well as addressing challenges in ‘real life’ at home. Your therapist will pre-plan everything they need for the session and bring this along with them. In-home therapy is particularly useful for children who may be a little anxious about new environments, have busy schedules and are more comfortable at home.

We have been lucky enough to have had Arotahi visiting our school to offer Occupational therapy. The therapist has given me lots of valuable tips and tricks to use in the classroom, not just with the children she sees but ones i use with my whole class. The children always smile and wave when they see her around school. Her warm, friendly approach means she is well liked amongst the students and staff. Occupational therapy has really helped many children in my class be more independent and confidant in many different school skills.

My son Jude has had OT at school for the last few years. He loves his sessions with her. Over the years, she has adapted to his changing goals and needs. She prioritizes frequent and supportive conversations with me, and has always stayed closely aligned with his classroom teacher and her plans. I’m amazed at the progress he has made – he is now not only making huge improvements in writing, he actually loves to write and asked for a diary for Christmas. I’m so grateful to her.
